We value your time and schedule greatly. To help keep you on schedule, your appointment will promptly start and finish at the scheduled times. If you are late or need to leave early, you will have the rest of the scheduled appointment for the treatment but will pay for full scheduled time.
If you are needing to cancel or reschedule, there is a 48 hour cancellation requirement. Providing 48 hours allows another client to receive treatment in that allotted time that otherwise would not be available. Failure to do so will result in charging you for that time not used.

Due to the delicate nature of the treatments, young children are discouraged unless for their personal treatment. Please contact us if you have concerns regarding this policy.
