For years, I searched for an answer to my extensive unwanted hair problem. I had spent years tweezing and waxing not knowing I was making my problem worse. My unwanted hair growth started during my 20’s. It increased with each pregnancy, tweezing/waxing treatment, and as I as the years progressed. I began to not find relief from my unwanted hair and it began to affect my self-confidence. I felt as if I was the only one. Little did I know, eighty percent of women felt similar to me. I was introduced to electrolysis in 2010 and fell in love. Shortly after starting my treatments, I began to gain back my self-confidence. When ending my treatment path, I felt the desire to help others like me. I am thankful for finding my passion and would love the opportunity to help you feel your very best.

Growing up, my mother was a cosmetologist, so I was always surrounded by the beauty industry. I inherited the passion to want to help people feel beautiful inside and out. Shortly after graduating from esthetics school, I worked for a dermatologist which is where I found my love for medical esthetics. I began working at Advanced Electrolysis in 2018 as a Master Esthetician. I decided to further my education to become a licensed electrologist in 2020. My favorite part of this industry is getting to know my clients and helping them feel comfortable in their own skin again.

I am thrilled to be part of Advanced Electrolysis and to have the ability to provide life changing experiences that I have experienced personally with permanent hair removal. Unwanted hair is more common than we think and something that no one really wants to talk about. I spent years tweezing multiple times a week and constantly feeling self-conscious, afraid to let anyone get too close to my face. Having been a client of Anna’s, I have experienced first hand the relief and the return of my confidence from being rid of embarrassing unwanted hair. I am looking forward to providing a calm, friendly, and understanding place for you to relax, take care of yourself and experience the amazing results of electrolysis. A few other things I love besides electrolysis are, my handsome husband, 3 awesome kids, hiking, camping, yoga and gardening (there’s just something so therapeutic about pulling those weeds!)

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work as a master esthetician in a dayspa and a dermatologist office. In addition, I have been able to use my CNA skills at the hospital in wound care. Working at Advanced Electrolysis & MedSpa, I have been able to combine both areas I love and am passionate about; the medical and esthetic industry. I look forward to helping your look and feel your very best. For fun, I enjoy being outdoors and hanging out with my husband and two kids.

Growing up and having my own personal skin challenges, I have been inspired and driven into this amazing career path. I take satisfaction in being able to treat and enhance my client’s natural beauty to inspire confidence from within. My aim is to provide a cheerful, friendly, and comfortable treatment experience. While in cosmetology school, I met and talked with countless clients. I noticed that a lot of women were unhappy with their natural brows. They would pencil them on every morning only to look unnatural and uneven. It became especially noticeable during the COVID-19 pandemic because our masks cover half of our face, which draws attention to our eyes and brows. After looking for solutions to this problem, I discovered microblading – a process of numbing, stenciling, and filling in brows using a blade and pigment. While seemingly similar to tattooing, microblading is less painful and provides a more natural look with individual strokes. In addition, I provide henna tattooing to help individuals still deciding if microblading is right for them.

I started my NP career in Internal Medicine. In 2007, I had the opportunity to move to hospital setting to work in the Trauma Department. It was a big change but a welcome challenge. Six years ago, I was offered the opportunity to develop further and enhance patients with Botox and dermal fillers at a local laser clinic. It has become an extremely rewarding experience for me. Although I enjoy my hospital career, I have found a different type of satisfaction in helping people enhance their natural beauty. My goal in cosmetic care is not to drastically change how people look but to help them feel better about themselves in subtle and soft, natural ways. I individualize each plan of treatment based on personal concerns, desired effect, and potential outcome. I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you and discuss Botox or dermal filler options that would meet your individual needs.

I am an Ogden native who is married and excited to be back home. My husband and I love our community and share it with our goofy cat, Jack. From a young age, I knew I wanted to become a nurse. Shortly after high school, I started down that path. While working at Mckay Dee Hospital, I loved caring for patients but knew I wanted to help them in an expanded role and continued my education by becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I have developed a passion for learning new developments in the ever changing healthcare environment and desire to utilize these treatments to improve the health of my patients. I am excited to bring life changing technology to women to promote their intimate health and improve their self-confidence.

Growing up in Utah, I fell in love with the people and the land. While in high school, I felt the call to serve in the military, but I wanted to do so in the medical field. I joined the Army National Guard and became a Special Forces 18D Medic. After serving several tours and medical service missions with the Army NG, I returned to Utah as a Physician Assistant and furthered my knowledge as a Neurosurgeon PA. After experiencing chronic migraines and finding relief with trigger point injections, I knew I wanted to share my experience and my abilities with those seeking to find pain relief and to improve their physical wellbeing. I look forward to helping Men and Women find relief and their confidence through cosmetic injections and wellness.
